The IA&B Organization
The Insurance Agents & Brokers (IA&B) organization is a partnership of three agents' associations working together to deliver preeminent programs, products and services for IA&B members, all provided by the associations' management arm, the Insurance Agents & Brokers Service Group. Led by dedicated agent volunteers and staffed by 40 professionals, the IA&B organization is recognized and respected nationally for its industry leading efforts in
agent professional development, advocacy, industry information and knowledge base, communications and more.

As individual state associations, each is committed to its own membership and program of action. By joining hands, each is able to advantage the economies of scale and shared expertise that the entire IA&B organization offers. More about each state association can be found on its homepage.

IA&B is committed to delivering value to members through its member centered, customer-driven philosophy. This is accomplished through a dynamic system of member inputs and feedback in helping to set the strategic direction
of the IA&B organization. This philosophy is built on Association Best Practices, the standards for innovative non-profit organizations.
Our National Affiliations
Each state association is proud to be affiliated with one or more national associations. The Delaware Association of IA&B and IA&B of Pennsylvania are affiliated with the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America (IIABA)
and the National Association of Professional Insurance Agents (PIA). The IA&B of Maryland is affiliated with PIA National.
